Rory understands how important this first impression is, so he works closely with you to create headshots that reveal your team’s professionalism with warmth, approachability, confidence, and expertise. Headshots aligned with your corporate brand.
HEADSHOT RATES
Headshots fees are based on a sliding scale, based on the number of people being photographed:
1 subject for AUD$400 each
2 subjects: AUD$290 each
3 subjects: AUD$250 each
4 subjects: AUD$220 each.
5 to 7 subjects: AUD$190 each.
8 to 15 subjects: AUDD$170 each.
16 to 35 subjects: AUD$160 each
36 subjects and above: AUD$140 each
The prices quoted include the touch-ups of two images per subject.
Additional touched-up images can be purchased at AUD$35 each.
Grey and white backgrounds are supplied for free.
Coloured backgrounds that match your corporate identity can be supplied at-cost (around AUD$95).
We usually set aside 20 minutes per subject for a single background set-up –
some take shorter, and others need more coaching and may take longer.
On average, 21 portraits can be shot in one day.
More can be shot in a day, but less time will be spent on each subject.
Group shots are charged as one subject.
Each combination of a group is treated as a separate ‘subject’.

You will be able to download your headshot files from a Dropbox link supplied to you via email.

There is no limit on the number of exposures per person – we shoot till everyone is happy with the results.
Usually, around 30 exposures are made to create two exceptional images for each subject.

Yes. Low-resolution proofs of each subject are supplied to you via a Dropbox link. You can then choose the two best images per subject for touching up.
Of course you could select more than two images at the cost of $35 per additional headshot touch-up.

Finished images are supplied to you within 5 working days after you've sent me your selects.

A third-party hair and make-up artist can be arranged if required at an extra cost.
Hair and make-up prices are dependent on the final number of people needing hair and make-up and over what period. Call me to discuss your needs, and we can work out a fair arrangement.

Your portraits are shot at either your office or my studio in Fitzroy.
I will set-up portable studio lights and a photography background in your office. We'll need a meeting room, reception or private space to shoot in.
Alternatively, the subjects can visit my studio at 73 Smith Street, Fitzroy.
